Negotiating Calm offers Guided Meditation Classes, Individual or Group Sessions, Walking and Basic Attainable Meditation Instruction where you begin learning to develop your awareness and most importantly to cultivate stillness.  In Meditation we aim to Practice the Art of Being and Observing; training the mind to settle down from its constant motion of thoughts, slowing down frenetic patterns of consciousness through subtle observations, bringing about the space for stillness.  When your mind is clear, and you truly experience the ever-changing flow of the mind/body process through awareness, solutions automatically emerge.

Awareness means you simply see who you are without struggling to change. Your awareness makes all the necessary changes, not your struggle.
